Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of food products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on opened or used items.

Refunds or replacements may be issued if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Order Cancellations: Orders may be canceled before they are shipped for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the error was on our part. Refunds may take 3–10 business days to process.
